We successfully applied for ISO 14001 environmental management system verification

After taking a year of systematic planning, employee education and training, resource and operation audition, formulation of environmental management policies, and followed by six months of implementation and execution of its standard, Tanong had earned the approval of SGS Taiwan in May 2023 and received the Certificate of ISO 14001 in June 2023, a result of all employees and suppliers’ efforts in environmental management system.

Tanong has been established for over 50 years, our philosophy has been' give back to whom/where we take from”. This belief has guided us that we, as a company, has social responsibility towards our community. The ISO 14001 certification is one of the foundations of our social responsibility. The coverage and depth of followings will be gradually strengthen in our future operation:

Measures for environmental protection, such as reducing carbon emissions and improving pollution treatment.
Enhancing social responsibility management with our employees, suppliers, customers, working environment, IT security, and community service.
Enhancing corporate morality, information transparency, management ethical practices, and so on.

In response to the increasingly awareness of ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) issues, Tanong is committed to lasting planning and continuous attention to various aspects of environmental protection, social responsibility, and corporate governance.
