(Diamond Brand), a leading manufacturer of high-pressure fluid technology, is pleased to announce that the company has successfully secured the "114th Year Industry Competitiveness Enhancement - R&D Transformation Support [Case-by-Case Subsidy]" from the Industrial Development Administration (IDA), Ministry of Economic Affairs (MOEA).
The approved R&D project, titled "Development of Back-Packable High-Pressure Misting Fire Suppression System," marks a strategic expansion of Tanong Precision Technology Co., Ltd. (Diamond Brand)'s core fluid pressure control technology into the advanced fire safety and emergency response sector.
Deepening Core Competencies, Pioneering Innovation in Disaster Prevention
Tanong Precision Technology Co., Ltd. (Diamond Brand) has long been recognized for its high-durability "Ceramic Plunger Pump" technology, which is widely utilized in industrial cleaning and misting systems. This R&D project stems from the company's profound insight into the future needs of the disaster prevention industry.
The project focuses on the integrated development of a "Back-Packable High-Pressure Misting Fire Suppression System." Unlike traditional, bulky firefighting equipment, this device utilizes precision high-pressure technology to atomize water droplets, achieving optimal air suppression and cooling effects. Its superior mobility is designed to effectively address initial fire response needs in constrained spaces or specialized sites, such as lithium-ion battery storage facilities.
Over NT$10 Million Investment: Demonstrating R&D Resilience
According to the contract, the total budget for the project is NT$10.85 million. This includes NT$3.83 million in government subsidies (including additional funding for the acquisition of new domestic equipment) and a significant self-funded investment of NT$7.02 million by Tanong Precision Technology Co., Ltd. (Diamond Brand).
The project execution period is set from December 1, 2025, to November 30, 2026. The high proportion of self-funding demonstrates Tanong Precision Technology Co., Ltd. (Diamond Brand)'s unwavering commitment to driving R&D transformation and strengthening its technical hardware capabilities. The project will be managed by the China Productivity Center, which acts on behalf of the Ministry of Economic Affairs to oversee project contracting, subsidy disbursement, and administrative evaluation.
