NKLC Misting Pump

The NKLC series misting pump is based on the design of the NKL pump, and is built with materials such as stainless steel with excellent resistance to chemicals, to meet the requirements of high-acid and alkaline chemical misting.
This series of misting pumps is a small to medium-size especially designed for disinfection use, which uses a direct coupling motor to transfer the motor power to high-pressure plungers through a crankshaft and connecting rods to intake and discharge of liquid.
The pump is built with durable SS316 cylinder chamber, self-lubricating and chemical-resistant water seal, direct coupling drive design, and high-precision machined components.
It features extremely quiet operation and significant pump size reduction. The pump is designed to be lubricant-free, which can prevent the fluid from being contaminated by the lubricating oil.
Customers can choose from various types of automatic pressure unloaders, which have the functions of stabilizing pressure and pressure regulation, to ensure stable operation of the pump and prevent the pressure build up when pipeline is clogged and pressure is unable to be released, which will shorten the service life of the pump.
The NKM series is equipped with a fully enclosed motor made in Taiwan. Depending on the power supply conditions of the region, it provides specifications of 100~240V, 50/60Hz, single or three-phase. The waterproof rating is above IP54, which can effectively prevent water from entering.
The motor will automatically shut down in case of overload to avoid shortening the service life and ensure safety.
