NSC Misting Pump

The NSC series misting pump is built based on the design of NS pump and fully adopts its materials such as stainless steel with excellent resistance to chemicals to meet the needs of atomizing high-acid and alkali chemicals.
The whole pump is built with durable SS316 stainless steel cylinder chamber and uses self-lubricating and chemical-resistant water seals. The triplex-plunger design with highly precision internally machined parts, has the benefits of low noise and stable pressure output.
In addition, it has an automatic pressure unloader and is designed for low flow rate use, along with the functions of voltage stabilization and pressure regulation to ensure stable operation. Equipped with a fully enclosed pump motor with a waterproof rating of IP54 or higher, it effectively prevent water from entering, and the motor will automatically stop in case of overload to avoid motor damage and ensure electrical safety.
